This Sweet Paprika cheese brings a rich, lightly sweet flavor to your table. The rind's vibrant red comes from the Spanish paprika or ‘pimenton’, which is made from peppers that are lightly smoked, dried, and then ground into this spice powder. The inside’s semi-soft cashew cheese holds a creamy texture paired with the sweet spice of the Spanish paprika.
We handcrafted our Sweet Paprika without using additives or preservatives. Aged with healthy living vegan bacteria for 4 weeks to create beneficials enzymes and strains, our cheese is then rolled in Spanish paprika powder to have a beautiful rind.
Sweet Paprika is a delicious snack with crackers or any Spanish inspired dish. Enjoy this with tapas, sliced on bocadillos or paired with roasted garlic.
